The Joy in the Path

This is what I love to do. Provide riverbanks for others to drop in and tune into the rivers of their own life, as wisdom and a path to wellbeing. Beneath the noise and binds of the mind. Especially with our youth and teens—they have a natural access to this wisdom! And this group was ✨Brilliant!✨ Here they are, already ahead of me, where in this part of the process with grownups, I am normally suggesting and encouraging moving in partners, and eventually in groups, and these teens naturally followed their embodied intuition to come into one great big supportive community expressive movement, without prompt.

Thank you to UNH Upward Bound and Heidi for extending an opportunity to me to lead a workshop in their new Wednesday Wellness series! I designed it under the aim of 𝘌𝘮𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨—but it was also a lot about the joy, curiosity, and exploration, all of which are key to wellbeing too! 😜🥰☀️
